Dear Homeowners:
The Annual Meeting of The Enclave at Wooded Creek Homeowners Association will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24th, 2021 at the end of Hawks Nest Court. For anyone planning to attend, please be prepared to stand or bring a folding chair as our goal is to respect and encourage social distancing. Alternatively, the Board is happy to have a one on one phone call with any member that has questions or concerns prior to the August 24th meeting. The Board will email a meeting packet prior to the meeting. There will not be paper copies provided at the meeting so please either print the packet or have it available on your phone or tablet during the meeting.
The Association is a non-profit corporation chartered under the laws of the State of Texas and, as such, is required to hold an Annual Meeting. The meeting has been called by the Board of Directors for the purpose of reviewing the Association's financial and operational activity over the past year, addressing any new business brought before the Association and the election of open board positions.
To conduct a homeowners meeting, a quorum of sixty percent (60) or the representation of 54 lots of the members in person or by proxy is required. In order to be sure of a quorum, please sign and date the enclosed Proxy and return it to the Home Owners Association even if you plan to attend; unforeseen circumstances do occur. If the above quorum is not met a quorum of 10% is required per the resolution signed on March 27, 2015 for the purpose of only electing directors.
