Trash Collection Reminder
Tuesday, January 7th, 2025, 8am to 5pm
Every Tuesday is our trash and recycling day. Please refer to this website for all City of Dallas trash information. The City of Dallas provides the following information:

Placement
Please place your roll cart facing the point of collection and allow for 3 feet of space on all sides from any obstructions (e.g. fence, gas meter, telephone pole, utility box, tree, shrub, additional collection container, or other potential obstruction).
Bagged garbage should be contained in the roll cart, there should be no bags on top of the roll cart or on the side of the roll cart. Your roll cart must be placed at the curb in front of your residence (or in approved alleyways) by 7 a.m. the morning of your collection day (no earlier than 6 p.m. the evening before). The roll cart must not be blocked by vehicles, objects, or overhanging tree limbs and it should be brought in no later than 8 a.m. on the day following collection day.

Items Not Accepted
Do not place hot ashes, yard debris, concrete or rocks, clothing, large pieces of metal, dirt, construction debris or household hazardous waste (e.g., batteries, oil, cleaning products, paint, and antifreeze) in the roll cart.

Missed Collection
If your roll cart is not serviced by 8 p.m. on your regularly scheduled collection day, please Click Here and answer a few questions to report the missed pickup.  Roll carts not set out in time for collection will not be collected until the following week.
In the event a customer submits a service request claiming regular collection services were not provided, but Sanitation later determines through vehicle on-board cameras that the rollcart(s) in question were not set out at the prescribed time of collection or did not comply with collection requirements, a collection fee of $25 for garbage and $25 for recyclable materials may be assessed to the dwelling unit's utility account.  (Effective 10/1/22, see Dallas City Code Section 18-9 (c)(5)(B))

Additional Roll Carts
Need another garbage roll cart? Additional garbage carts are available for an additional monthly fee of $13.85 (per roll cart) and can be requested by ordering your roll cart online.

Please note that placing roll carts out early (prior to Monday at 6 pm) or leaving them out after Wednesday at 8am will result in a warning being issued followed by fines if the carts aren't properly stored. Carts must be stored in your garage or several feet back along the side of the house closest to the driveway mostly out of view from the street if standing directly in front of your home. They are not allowed to be stored in the driveway, nor should they be placed directly in front of your neighbor's windows.

2025 Annual Assessments
Friday, January 31st, 2025, 8am to 6pm
The 2025 annual assessment invoices have been mailed to the mailing address on file for each member. A few reminders:
Magnolia does not accept online payments. You have several options to pay your annual assessments. You can mail a check to:
Enclave at Wooded Creek
C/O Magnolia Association Management, LP
2807 Allen, St. #332
Dallas, TX. 75204
Another option is to use your bank's online bill pay function. Ensure your Enclave at Wooded Creek street address is in the memo if the pre-printed address on your account / check is different from the Enclave at Wooded Creek address.
Another option is to purchase a cashiers check and mail it to the address above.
NOTE: In either case, the check must be postmarked by January 31st, 2025 or late fees will be assessed.
Accounts with unpaid annual assessments after January 31st will be assessed applicable late fees each month until paid. This includes any unpaid previous annual assessment balances.
While the HOA has been flexible in the past, the collection process for any unpaid annual assessments after January 31st, 2025 will start in February so please plan to have your 2025 assessment paid before the end of the month. All collection expenses are billed back to the member account.

You should receive your 2025 annual assessment invoice and supporting document within the next few days. If you haven't received the invoice by the end of next week we would recommend calling Magnolia at 214-953-2200

Thank you,
