| Description: | 2026 Annual HOA Assessment is due no later than January 31, 2026.
As previously announced, The Enclave at Wooded Creek transitioned to PMI Pegasus as our new management company effective January 1, 2026. On December 22, 2025, PMI Pegasus emailed all homeowners introducing the new management company and providing instructions to register and log in to the PMI Pegasus homeowner portal to view account balances, manage billing, and submit payments. That communication also outlined the available payment methods and recommended enrolling in online access and/or ACH AutoPay. While printed paper statements were mailed this week, receipt of a paper invoice is not required for payment to be due. All owners have had online access to their account and balance through the PMI Pegasus portal since the management transition. What You Must Do Now Please log in to your homeowner account and submit your payment: https://pmipegasus.cincwebaxis.com Your dashboard will clearly display your Current Balance and available payment options. Payment Deadline Due Date: January 31, 2026 Late Fees Begin: February 1, 2026 Late fees and collection actions will be applied in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.
