As discussed at the annual meeting, the community is going to have the perimeter wood fence stained this week (pending no rain). Owners are required to maintain the fence on the inside of your backyard and the section both sides of the fence along the front sides of your home.   If you would like to have the same company using the same color stain, stain the inside of your backyard fence and the fence along each side of the front of your home, please contact Terry McCallum at 214-663-7340 or at tmccallum@plancdev.com. You will work directly with Terry on the price to stain your interior.
