We have a rising issue with vehicles being parked in the street overnight which causes safety concerns in several areas of our community and is prohibited by the community Bylaws. Please see below.

Also note that there is a request form on the website (Members - Online Request Forms) if you have a special circumstance that requires temporary overnight street parking. Those requests are forwarded to the Board for review.

The damaged to our exit gate caused by the City of Dallas has been repaired as of yesterday. This was the result of one of their vehicles driving into the community using the exit gate so please be warned, the exit gate WILL close of your vehicle if you attempt to enter through the exit gate.

The gates are both in excellent condition so please help our membership keep it that way. If you see someone hit the gates, please report them. If we don't hold the responsible party accountable for the damages they cause, the repair costs come out of our HOA account which costs us all money. Please keep a watchful eye on the gates.

Street parking has been an ongoing issue. Please note that there are very specific guidelines in our By-Laws which are outlines below...

7.6 Parking and Prohibited Vehicles.
Parking. Vehicles shall be parked only In the garage or driveway serving the Dwelling Unit, or in such other paved areas as have been approved by the Board of Directors for parking vehicles. A maximum of two (2) occupant vehicles may be patted outside of the garage, if any, serving the dwelling Unit. For purposes of this provision, a vehicle shall be considered an occupant if it Is parked on the Lot, four (4) or more hours per day, four (4) or more days in any seven (7) day period. The Board of Directors may authorize on-street parking on a temporary basis for visitors and guests, subject to reasonable rules and regulations.

Please note that the property management team and the Board of Directors are placing tow stickers on vehicles that violate this policy. The two sticker gives a homeowner three days to remove the vehicle and discontinue parking on the street. The warning does not start over by simply parking your vehicle in your driveway one time. The vehicle will be towed if the problem persists.
